Matthew B. Hutchinson

Matt Hutchinson is a seasoned real estate and business lawyer who has lived and worked in Park City since 2003. With substantial experience in business entity formation and real estate transactions, Matt has helped hundreds of clients form and operate successful businesses and navigate complex real estate and corporate transactions. He also provides advice to homeowners and condominium owners associations and nonprofit organizations.

As an experienced business lawyer, Matt advises clients on the choice of entity, drafting and filing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal laws. He has helped clients form a wide range of entities, including limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations. Matt is also experienced in drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws, and other important corporate documents.

In the area of real estate transactions, Matt has helped clients buy, sell, and develop all types of properties, including residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. He has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, reviewing title reports, performing due diligence, and resolving disputes that arise during the transaction process. Matt also advises clients on real estate financing, leasing, and zoning matters.
