Eric’s litigation practice covers all state and federal courts, and arbitration and mediation proceedings across Utah and the Intermountain West. Eric’s land use practice, which includes planning, zoning, and entitlement work in administrative and judicial settings is focused in Utah, where his understanding of the state’s developmental, environmental and political climate is a valuable and effective resource.
