Charles Pearlman

Charles joined Hoggan Lee Hutchinson after stints with the Park City Attorney’s Office, where he focused on land use and development, and as in-house counsel for a local land trust. Through his experience Charles has developed expertise in local land use, development, real estate transactional, and conservation issues. During law school, he worked for the Utah Attorney General’s Tax & Financial Services Division where he handled a variety of state and local tax issues and counseled state financial regulators. Charles’s background has given him the comprehensive skill set to address any issues faced by developers and property owners in the Wasatch Back.

Charles lives here in Park City and, in his free time, enjoys skiing, watching football, playing tennis, golf, and basketball, and walking the rail trail with his wife and dog.
