Cara Stuart
Cara Stuart is an attorney with a wealth of experience in various areas of real estate development and transactions. Cara began her legal career in New Orleans, LA, practicing maritime defense and gaining experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She eventually made her way into real estate brokerage representing both commercial and residential clients during which time earned her CCIM and LLM in real estate.
Cara has negotiated complex transactions across Louisiana, Colorado, and Utah, which provided years of experience in all facets of real estate including commercial and residential development; historic and affordable housing tax credit development; asset management; and high end residential and commercial brokerage. In 2024, Cara reentered the legal field passing her second state bar in Utah. Cara’s experience lends her a unique perspective on real estate and allows her to anticipate and effectively address clients’ needs and goals.
Cara is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to craft creative legal solutions tailored to the specific circumstances and goals of each client. She is a skilled negotiator, problem solver, and can navigate even the most complex issues with confidence and precision.
In her free time, Cara teaches yoga at a local studio and enjoys all adventures with her family, dogs, and Park City community.
